"Wood Magic Creations"
It Starts With A Tree....
I created all of the items on this page in my workshop in the woods in Brown County, Indiana a few miles outside of Nashville.
--Don Linsenbach
"Hand Made Pens"
These pens were turned on my lathe with natural woods and various other materials.
They are of the SlimLine variety and operate by simply twisting the upper and lower barrels to expose the point.
All of the pens come with a standard "Cross" refill with black ink.
Buff the pens with a soft cloth now and then to restore the glossy finish.
The pens are delivered in a black velveteen sleeve.

"Hand Made Wooden Bowls"
I turn the bowls on my lathe. Some are solid wood and others are laminated from different types of woods.
After turning on the lathe each bowl goes through an extensive process of finishing to get the look I like.
First, they are sanded to 600 grit with Abranet then further sanded to 12,000 grit with Micromesh.
Then they received 12 coats of gloss or satin polyurethane with a 3 step buffing between each coat.
Next, they receive a burnishing with Howard's Burnishing Cream then a final high speed polish with Hut's Crystal Coat and lastly they are buffed with Old English Red wood polish.
These wooden bowls may be wiped off with a damp cloth and buffed with a soft cloth but they can never be submerged in water or run through the dishwasher.
Luster can be restored with your favorite polish, I prefer Old English.
